Wednesday Adventure

Hump Day Haiku

I went on an adventure in the 16 degree weather.
Here's my self-portrait.

I asked a stranger on the street to take my photo.
I was wearing a double layer of clothes and thought I looked pretty funny.

It takes a pair of
yak trax to traverse icy
snow packed parking lot.

Invigorating
adventure taking woman
open to dating.

Hee-hee-hee!

I'm also playing with Haiku My Heart Friday.

Sis in Tumwater, second day without power. Son in Port Angeles did make it out last night and had eye surgery in Seattle this a.m. But--I know your storm has been a tough one and will bring rain here tomorrow. Sis called and the snow has become ice with the rain.
